Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
- Analyze, identify, and diagnose bottlenecks in production processes.
- Develop and implement new processes and strategies to reduce costs and improve product quality.
- Utilize Six Sigma methodology to ensure the highest standard of safety and efficiency.
- Develop and implement process and product improvement techniques.
- Monitor and analyze process performance metrics.
- Maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other engineering and manufacturing departments to ensure continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Provide technical guidance and support to other departments.
