
IT End User Product/Problem Manager
At Whirlpool, we are looking for an experienced and motivated IT End User Product/Problem Manager to join our IT team. We are looking for a professional with a passion for problem solving and customer service. The ideal candidate for this position should have strong technical skills, exceptional communication and organizational abilities, and a commitment to delivering the best service possible.The IT End User Product/Problem Manager will be responsible for managing and troubleshooting end user products and services, and responding to customer inquiries, requests, and problems. The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to think quickly and accurately.To qualify for this position, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems, as well as at least three years of experience in a similar role. A working knowledge of PC/Mac hardware and software, and experience with customer service systems such as ServiceNow are also required. Additionally, the successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively on their own and with other members of the team. Responsibilities of IT End User Product/Problem Manager:
- Troubleshoot and manage end user products and services.
- Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and problems.
- Monitor customer service systems such as ServiceNow.
- Identify and resolve technology issues quickly and accurately.
- Maintain knowledge of current trends in technology.
- Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with other IT personnel to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Provide technical assistance to customers.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to explain complex technical information to customers in an easy to understand manner.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services.
