Job Description

At Whirlpool, we are looking for an Industrial Designer with a sharp eye for detail and a creative flair to join our team. As an Industrial Designer, you will be responsible for developing innovative and visually appealing products that meet customer needs.We are looking for someone with an exceptional level of technical skill and creativity, as well as a passion for design. The ideal candidate should also be able to work well in teams and have excellent communication skills. To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or a related field, a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field, and a portfolio of completed projects.If you are an experienced Industrial Designer with a talent for creating beautiful and functional products, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Research customer needs and trends to inform product design.
  2. Develop innovative and visually appealing product designs.
  3. Collaborate with other teams to ensure product designs are functional and meet customer needs.
  4. Create detailed product drawings and 3D models.
  5. Develop prototypes and test designs to ensure quality and performance.
  6. Keep up with industry trends and technology to ensure best practices.
  7. Ensure product designs are compliant with safety and legal regulations.
  8. Present design concepts and progress to stakeholders.
  9. Troubleshoot design issues and modify existing designs.
  10. Manage product design timelines to meet deadlines.
