1. Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
2. Maintain and organize financial records, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
3. Communicate with vendors and customers to resolve any payment discrepancies or issues.
4. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.

8. Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including account reconciliations.

10. Stay updated on industry trends and developments in accounting and finance to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
11. Maintain confidentiality of financial information and handle sensitive data with integrity.
12. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support the overall financial goals of the company.
13. Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
14. Act as a resource and provide training to team members as needed.
15. Proactively identify and resolve issues or discrepancies in the AP/AR process.
