This individual will serve as an integral part of our Human Resources team and will be responsible for managing the recruitment process and making sure that we are hiring the best and brightest.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a corporate recruiting role, a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, and a proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent. Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit top talent for corporate roles across the organization.
- Develop effective recruitment strategies to ensure the right talent is sourced for the right position.
- Develop relationships with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
- Evaluate resumes and conduct interviews with potential candidates.
- Ensure all recruitment processes are compliant with government regulations and best practices.
- Create job postings and post them to appropriate job boards and other sites.
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics such as time to fill and cost per hire.
- Offer ongoing support and advice to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events.
