- Utilize your strong background in human factors engineering to identify and address potential usability issues in product design and development.
- Conduct research and gather insights from customer feedback to continuously improve and enhance our products.
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management to present findings and recommendations for human factors improvements.
- Develop and implement user testing protocols and procedures to gather data and insights on product usability.
- Work closely with designers, engineers, and product managers to ensure human factors are considered throughout the product development process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in human factors engineering to continuously improve our products.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to incorporate human factors considerations into product design and development.
- Contribute to the overall success of the company by actively participating in team meetings, sharing ideas, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Factors Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Human Factors Engineering Role, Preferably In A Consumer Products Or Manufacturing Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Human Factors Principles And Their Application In Product Design And Development.
Proficiency In Statistical Analysis And Data Interpretation, With Experience Conducting Usability Studies And Customer Research.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Recommendations And Insights To Cross-Functional Teams.
