  1. Assist in the development and implementation of talent management strategies.
  2. Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires.
  3. Conduct research on industry best practices and trends in talent management.
  4. Help to create and maintain training and development programs for employees.
  5. Collaborate with team members to identify and address talent gaps.
  6. Assist in the coordination of performance management processes.
  7. Participate in employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work culture.
  8. Maintain accurate and organized records of employee information.
  9. Help to create and update job descriptions and job postings.
  10. Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department as needed.
