Sr. Director Corporate Development

We are looking for a passionate, creative and driven Sr. Director Corporate Development to join WestRock. The ideal candidate is highly organized and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.The Sr. Director Corporate Development will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Additionally they will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives and creating business plans to support the company’s corporate growth objectives.The successful candidate should have deep financial and strategic acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to be highly organized and detail-oriented with a track record of success. A minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate development, corporate strategy, and/or private equity/investment banking is required.
