- Lead and manage the overall HR function for the company, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives to support the company's goals and objectives
- Oversee and manage all aspects of employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Collaborate with department managers to assess and address talent needs and develop effective recruitment and retention strategies

Extensive Hr Experience: A Senior Specialist In Hr At Westrock Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Hr Roles, With A Proven Track Record Of Success In Managing Employee Relations, Performance Management, And Talent Development.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Laws And Regulations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Federal, State, And Local Laws Related To Hr, Including Those Pertaining To Hiring, Termination, And Discrimination.
