Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Process Engineering Within The Packaging Or Manufacturing Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Process Improvement Methodologies Such As Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Or Kaizen.
Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Drawings And Specifications.
Proficient In Using Process Simulation Software And Other Relevant Engineering Tools.
