We are currently seeking a talented and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Pomocnik Operatora Maszyny Drukującej (Assistant Printing Machine Operator). As a Pomocnik Operatora Maszyny Drukującej, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our printing machines, producing high-quality products for our customers. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and has a strong work ethic.   1. Assist the printing machine operator in setting up and operating printing machines.
  2. Monitor the printing process to ensure quality standards are met.
  3. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing machines.
  4. Load and unload materials onto the printing machines.
  5. Keep the work area clean and organized to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
  6. Communicate any issues or concerns regarding the printing process to the machine operator.
  7. Adhere to all safety and quality protocols and procedures.
  8. Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  9. Continuously monitor and inspect printed products for defects and make adjustments as needed.
  10. Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues with the printing machines.
  11. Assist in the training of new employees on printing machine operation and procedures.
  12. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity.
  13. Maintain accurate records and documentation of production and machine maintenance.
  14. Communicate with other team members to ensure seamless production flow.
  15. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in printing technology.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience With Operating And Troubleshooting Printing Machinery: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Operating And Maintaining Printing Machinery, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Printing Environment.

  • Knowledge Of Printing Materials And Processes: A Strong Understanding Of Printing Materials, Such As Inks And Paper, And The Printing Process Is Essential For This Role. Candidates Should Also Be Familiar With Color Management Techniques.

  • Attention To Detail: As A Pomocnik Operatora Maszyny Drukującej, Candidates Must Have Excellent Attention To Detail To Ensure High-Quality Output And Catch Any Potential Errors Or Issues With The Printing Process.

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: Westrock Is A Leading Packaging Company, And The Printing Department Operates At A Fast Pace. Candidates Must Be Able To Work Efficiently And Thrive In A Dynamic, Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Mechanical Aptitude: This Role Requires Candidates To Have A Strong Mechanical Aptitude And The Ability To Troubleshoot Potential Issues With Printing Machinery. Experience With Conducting Routine Maintenance And Repairs On Machinery Is A Plus.
