  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and success for national accounts.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and potential national accounts.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions and proposals for national accounts.
  5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the industry.
  6. Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities and performance.
  7. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  8. Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to promote our products and services.
  9. Continuously monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  10. Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance and progress towards goals.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and changes to effectively position our products and services in the market.
  12. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of products and services to national accounts.
  13. Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and processes to effectively communicate and address customer needs.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for WestRock, promoting our values and reputation in all interactions with clients and stakeholders.
  15. Continuously strive to improve sales processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Sales Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In B2B Sales, Preferably In The Packaging Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets In A National Account Role.

  • Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Decision Makers.

  • Proficiency In Crm Software, As Well As Microsoft Office Suite.
