- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and success for national accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and potential national accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions and proposals for national accounts.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the industry.
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities and performance.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to promote our products and services.
- Continuously monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance and progress towards goals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and changes to effectively position our products and services in the market.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of products and services to national accounts.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and processes to effectively communicate and address customer needs.
- Act as a brand ambassador for WestRock, promoting our values and reputation in all interactions with clients and stakeholders.
- Continuously strive to improve sales processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Sales Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In B2B Sales, Preferably In The Packaging Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets In A National Account Role.
Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Decision Makers.
Proficiency In Crm Software, As Well As Microsoft Office Suite.
