- Develop and implement quality control processes in accordance with industry standards and company policies.
- Monitor and evaluate product quality through regular inspections and audits.
- Identify and analyze areas for improvement in the quality control process and develop plans for implementing solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality standards are met at every stage of the production process.
- Train and mentor quality control staff to ensure consistent and accurate execution of quality processes.
- Manage and maintain quality assurance documentation and records.
- Investigate and resolve any quality-related issues that arise, including customer complaints.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in quality control strategies.
- Develop and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of quality control processes.
- Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness in quality control.
- Communicate quality standards and expectations to all employees and ensure understanding and compliance.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met for all incoming materials.
- Prepare and present quality reports to management and make recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and certifications.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with all team members and departments.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Quality Management, Engineering, Or Business Administration.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Quality Management Role, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Industrial Setting.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Quality Management Principles, Processes, And Tools Such As Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, And Statistical Process Control.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team To Achieve Quality Goals And Objectives.
Experience Working With Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Relationships With Customers And Suppliers To Ensure Quality Standards And Expectations Are Met.
