- Develop and implement procurement contract strategies to support the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Manage the entire procurement contract process, from initiation to execution, including negotiation, review, and approval.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies during the procurement contract process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure efficient and effective contract management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate any potential risks associated with procurement contracts.
- Monitor and analyze contract performance to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a database of contract templates, terms, and conditions to streamline the contract management process.
- Train and mentor team members on procurement contract best practices and procedures.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and market conditions to inform procurement contract strategies and negotiations.
- Represent the company in contract negotiations and ensure favorable terms and conditions for the company.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Procurement Contracts Management, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Packaging Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Contract Negotiation, Drafting, And Implementation Processes.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Vendors And Internal Stakeholders.
Proficiency In Contract Management Software And Erp Systems, Such As Sap Or Oracle.
