Strong Leadership Skills: A Line Leader At Westrock Must Possess Excellent Leadership Skills In Order To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Production Workers.
Manufacturing Experience: Candidates For This Position Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Manufacturing Environment, Preferably In A Supervisory Or Leadership Role.
Knowledge Of Quality Control: Westrock Values Quality Control And Requires Its Line Leaders To Have A Strong Understanding Of Quality Assurance Processes And Procedures.
Communication Skills: As A Line Leader, It Is Crucial To Communicate Effectively With Both Upper Management And Production Workers. Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are A Must.
