Job Description

We are hiring an HR Specialist at WestRock who will be responsible for providing support to our Human Resources department. Our ideal candidate is a customer service-oriented individual who is able to think critically and provide solutions to complex HR issues. The HR Specialist must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work with different levels of staff.The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, as well as a minimum of two years of experience in Human Resources or a related field. The HR Specialist must have knowledge of relevant employment law and be able to interpret and implement HR policies and procedures.
