Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Gluer Feeder/Inspec/Packer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our packaging production process.   1. Operate and monitor the gluing machine to ensure efficient and timely production of packaging solutions.
  2. Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, making necessary adjustments as needed.
  3. Pack and stack finished products in a neat and organized manner for shipping and distribution.
  4. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols and procedures.
  5. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot and resolve any machine or production issues.
  6. Follow production schedules and deadlines to ensure on-time delivery of products.
  7. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including quality standards and production guidelines.
  8. Conduct regular quality checks and report any defects or issues to appropriate personnel.
  9. Continuously monitor and improve production processes to increase efficiency and minimize waste.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth and seamless production flow.
  11. Keep accurate production records and reports to track production and identify areas for improvement.
  12. Train and mentor new employees on gluing machine operations and production processes.
  13. Adhere to all company and industry safety regulations and guidelines.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

  • Experience In Operating And Maintaining Gluing Machinery: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Operating And Troubleshooting Gluing Machines, Ensuring That They Are Running Smoothly And Producing Quality Products.

  • Attention To Detail: As A Gluer Feeder/Inspec/Packer, It Is Important To Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Ensure That The Finished Product Meets Quality Standards. This Includes Inspecting For Defects, Ensuring Accurate Labeling, And Maintaining Proper Packaging.

  • Knowledge Of Safety Procedures And Protocols: Working In A Manufacturing Facility Can Be Hazardous, And It Is Essential For The Candidate To Have A Thorough Understanding Of Safety Procedures And Protocols To Ensure A Safe And Accident-Free Work Environment.

  • Ability To Read And Interpret Job Orders: The Candidate Should Have The Ability To Read And Interpret Job Orders, Production Schedules, And Other Relevant Documents To Ensure That The Correct Materials And Specifications Are Being Used For Each Job.

  • Physical Stamina And Dexterity: The Job Of A Gluer Feeder/Inspec/Packer Can Be Physically Demanding, Requiring The Candidate To Stand For Long Periods, Lift Heavy Objects, And Have Good Hand-Eye Coordination. Therefore, Physical Stamina And Dexterity Are Essential Qualities For This Role.
