  1. Perform regular maintenance and repair tasks on complex electro-mechanical machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, using technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to identify and implement effective solutions.
  3. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working with high-voltage electrical systems and heavy machinery.
  4. Collaborate with other maintenance technicians and production staff to prioritize and complete maintenance work orders in a timely manner.
  5. Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair work, including documentation of any equipment malfunctions or failures.
  6. Monitor and analyze equipment performance and provide recommendations for improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and technology in order to implement new techniques and procedures for maintenance and repair tasks.
  8. Communicate effectively with management and team members about any potential issues or concerns regarding equipment maintenance and repair.
  9. Follow all company policies and procedures related to equipment maintenance, safety, and quality control.
  10. Continuously strive for improvement and identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce costs.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience With Electro-Mechanical Equipment: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience Working With Electro-Mechanical Equipment, Such As Motors, Pumps, Conveyors, And Other Industrial Machinery.

  • Knowledge Of Plcs And Other Control Systems: Proficiency In Programmable Logic Controllers (Plcs) And Other Control Systems Is Essential For Troubleshooting And Maintaining Electro-Mechanical Equipment.

  • Mechanical And Electrical Skills: A Strong Understanding Of Both Mechanical And Electrical Systems Is Necessary For This Role, As The Technician Will Be Responsible For Repairing And Maintaining Both Types Of Equipment.

  • Familiarity With Safety Regulations And Procedures: As An Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician, It Is Crucial To Have A Thorough Understanding Of Safety Regulations And Procedures To Ensure A Safe Working Environment For Yourself And Others.

  • Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Manuals And Schematics: The Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Manuals And Schematics Is Essential For Troubleshooting And Repairing Complex Electro-Mechanical Systems. Candidates Should Have A Strong Attention To Detail And Be Able To Follow Instructions Accurately.
