  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical and instrumentation equipment in a timely manner to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on E&I equipment to identify potential issues and ensure optimal functioning
  • Collaborate with other maintenance and production team members to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems
  • Utilize technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions for equipment malfunctions or process improvements
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance for reporting and analysis purposes
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others
  • Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and trends to continuously improve knowledge and skills in the E&I field
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management to report progress, issues, and recommendations
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance technical skills and promote personal and professional growth

Job Qualifications
  • Electrical And Instrumentation Knowledge: Candidates Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Electrical And Instrumentation Principles, Including Wiring, Troubleshooting, And Equipment Maintenance.

  • Experience In The Manufacturing Industry: Applicants Should Have Experience Working In A Manufacturing Setting, Preferably In The Paper Or Packaging Industry. This Will Ensure They Are Familiar With The Specific Equipment And Processes Used At Westrock.

  • Technical Degree Or Certification: A Degree Or Certification In Electrical Or Instrumentation Technology Is Preferred For This Role. This Demonstrates A Strong Foundation Of Technical Knowledge And Skills.

  • Attention To Detail: E&I Technicians Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Identify And Address Potential Issues With Equipment And Systems. This Includes Being Able To Read And Interpret Technical Drawings And Schematics Accurately.
