Director Technical Services

We’re looking for an innovative and driven Director of Technical Services to join the WestRock team! In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of technical services to ensure successful execution of our business objectives. We are seeking a strategic leader who can develop and motivate a team of professionals while keeping close ties to our customers.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, extensive experience in the area of Technical Services, a proven track record of leading successful projects, and excellent communication, problem-solving, and team building skills. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and lead a team of Technical Services professionals to ensure successful execution of business objectives.
2. Establish and maintain close ties with customers to ensure quality and customer service.
3. Analyze customer needs and develop appropriate technical services solutions to meet their requirements.
4. Oversee and manage technical services projects from start to finish.
5. Ensure that all technical services projects are completed on time and within budget.
6. Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure high standards of technical excellence and customer satisfaction.
7. Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate action to address any issues or concerns.
8. Mentor and motivate team members to ensure they are meeting and exceeding expectations.
9. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
10. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.
