  1. Conduct market research and analyze data to accurately forecast and predict demand for our products.
  2. Develop and maintain demand planning models and tools to support strategic decision making and improve supply chain efficiency.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and finance to gather insights and align on demand forecasts.
  4. Monitor and analyze industry trends and customer behavior to identify potential risks and opportunities in demand.
  5. Utilize statistical analysis and forecasting techniques to improve accuracy of demand forecasts.
  6. Monitor inventory levels and work with production and logistics teams to ensure optimal levels are maintained.
  7. Continuously review and improve demand planning processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  8. Communicate demand forecasts to relevant stakeholders and provide regular updates on any changes or deviations.
  9. Identify and implement process improvements to drive cost savings and increase productivity.
  10. Support new product launches by providing demand forecasts and insights to inform production and inventory planning.
  11. Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies in demand planning to constantly improve processes and systems.
  12. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials in accordance with demand forecasts.
  13. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to demand planning and provide recommendations for improvement.
  14. Support and contribute to company-wide initiatives and projects related to supply chain optimization.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure all demand planning activities are in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Demand Planning Or Forecasting In A Manufacturing Or Consumer Goods Industry.

  • Proficiency In Statistical Analysis And Forecasting Techniques, As Well As Advanced Excel Skills.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.

  • Knowledge Of Supply Chain Processes And Erp Systems, Such As Sap Or Oracle, To Effectively Manage Demand And Inventory Levels.
