Principal Research Associate - Scientific Lead

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Principal Research Associate - Scientific Lead at Westat to join our Research and Evaluation team. In this role, you will collaborate with colleagues to design, develop, and implement research and evaluation approaches, apply a range of research methods and techniques, and provide expert technical advice on project-related issues. You will also provide thought leadership to our internal and external customers.The successful candidate must have a Master's Degree in Epidemiology, Public Health, or a related field. Eight years of demonstrated experience in research, evaluation, and/or program evaluation in a related field is also required. A proven track record of project management, including the successful completion of complex projects, is essential.
