- Conduct and lead evaluation studies of programs and policies at the local, state, and federal levels.
- Utilize expertise in research methodology to design and implement evaluation projects.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of evaluation studies, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Advanced Degree: A Principal Research Associate At Westat Should Hold An Advanced Degree (E.g. Phd, Md, Or Equivalent) In A Relevant Field Such As Statistics, Social Sciences, Or Public Health.
Research Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience Conducting Research And Managing Complex Projects In The Field Of Evaluation Studies. This Experience Should Include Both Qualitative And Quantitative Research Methods.
Evaluation Expertise: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Evaluation Research, Including Knowledge Of Evaluation Designs, Data Collection Methods, And Data Analysis Techniques. Familiarity With A Variety Of Evaluation Frameworks And Approaches Is Also Desirable.
