Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Epidemiology: A Lead Research Associate - Behavioral Health Epidemiologist At Westat Should Have A Graduate Degree In Epidemiology Or A Related Field, Such As Biostatistics Or Public Health. This Advanced Education Will Provide The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Design And Conduct Epidemiological Studies In The Field Of Behavioral Health.

  • Experience In Behavioral Health Epidemiology: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Behavioral Health Epidemiology, With Experience In Designing And Executing Studies Related To Mental Health, Substance Abuse, And Other Behavioral Health Issues. This Experience Will Allow The Candidate To Effectively Lead And Guide Research Projects In This Field.

  • Statistical Analysis Skills: A Key Aspect Of The Job Will Involve Analyzing And Interpreting Data. Therefore, A Lead Research Associate - Behavioral Health Epidemiologist Should Have Strong Statistical Analysis Skills And Be Well-Versed In Statistical Software Such As Sas, Spss, Or R.
