West Virginia United Health System is actively recruiting for an experienced Systems Analyst-ERP Financial Systems (Workday) to join our growing team. We are looking for an innovative problem-solver who is passionate about leveraging technology to improve processes and increase efficiency. The successful candidate must have a comprehensive knowledge of Workday Financials and the ability to manage multiple projects, solve complex problems, and lead our ERP Financial Systems team. The successful candidate will need a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related degree, as well as at least 5 years of experience in ERP Financial Systems. Additionally, they should have experience in system analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of Workday Financials. It is essential that this candidate has outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and is able to collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement solutions. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement solutions for West Virginia United Health System using Workday Financials
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to ensure successful completion of projects
- Analyze, design, develop, test, and deploy Workday Financials
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement solutions
- Solve complex problems related to Workday Financials
- Lead the ERP Financial Systems team
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Workday Financials
- Provide training and support to colleagues in the use of Workday Financials
- Monitor the performance of Workday Financials and suggest improvements
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful project completion
