Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the reimbursement team in executing all reimbursement activities.
  2. Drive strategies that optimize reimbursement and improve financial outcomes.
  3. Analyze reimbursement data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  4. Monitor and review reimbursement trends and develop strategies for minimizing risk and maximizing reimbursement.
  5. Develop and implement procedures for processing reimbursement claims and appeals.
  6. Manage and coordinate the implementation of new reimbursement programs and policies.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy and compliance with all applicable regulations.
  8. Monitor reimbursement claims for accuracy and ensure timely submission.
  9. Provide oversight and leadership to the reimbursement team.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with payers and other external stakeholders.
