Responsibilities:
- Lead the reimbursement team in executing all reimbursement activities.
- Drive strategies that optimize reimbursement and improve financial outcomes.
- Analyze reimbursement data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor and review reimbursement trends and develop strategies for minimizing risk and maximizing reimbursement.
- Develop and implement procedures for processing reimbursement claims and appeals.
- Manage and coordinate the implementation of new reimbursement programs and policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy and compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Monitor reimbursement claims for accuracy and ensure timely submission.
- Provide oversight and leadership to the reimbursement team.
- Develop and maintain relationships with payers and other external stakeholders.
