The West Virginia United Health System is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Facilities Engineering Manager to join our team. Responsibilities: • Design, construct, and maintain facilities to the highest standards of quality. • Lead and manage engineering teams to ensure projects are completed on-time, on-budget, and meet the highest standards of quality. • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency. • Provide technical advice and guidance to engineering teams. • Monitor and evaluate performance of engineering teams. • Ensure safety and compliance regulations are adhered to. • Prepare and manage project budgets. • Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders. • Maintain accurate records and documentation. • Provide hands-on training and mentoring to engineering teams. • Identify and address potential issues and risks in a timely manner.

Job Qualifications
