
LPN- Dental
At West Virginia United Health System, the LPN- Dental is an essential member of our dental team. We are looking for a compassionate and organized individual to provide quality care to our patients and assist our dentists. This position requires exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask. The ideal candidate should have a current LPN license in the state of West Virginia, as well as at least two years of experience working in a dental practice. Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and collect vital signs
- Assist the dentist chair-side during examinations and procedures
- Sterilize and maintain dental equipment and instruments
- Prepare patient charting and documentation
- Perform basic lab procedures such as x-rays, impressions, and casts
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care measures
- Respond to patient inquiries and address any concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and standards
