Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of financial counselors to provide the highest level of customer service and financial counseling • Develop and implement best practices to ensure accurate and efficient financial counseling • Analyze financial data and develop strategies to improve financial performance • Monitor and evaluate financial counseling processes and recommend changes as needed • Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant industry laws and regulations • Provide guidance and advice to financial counselors and other team members as needed • Stay up to date on relevant financial industry trends and developments • Create and manage performance goals and objectives for the financial counseling team
