Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Clinical Associate to join the West Virginia United Health System team. In this important role, you will be responsible for delivering quality patient care and providing excellent customer service to our patients and their families. The ideal candidate will be an organized and detail-oriented healthcare professional with a passion for delivering compassionate care. To be successful in this position, you should have excellent communication skills, a thorough understanding of medical terminology, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team. The required qualifications for this position include: • Bachelor’s degree in a related field• Previous experience in a similar role• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)• Knowledge of medical terminology, billing, and coding• Strong organizational and multitasking skills• Ability to provide compassionate care to patients and their families• Excellent communication and customer service skills• Ability to work as part of a team and independentlyIf you feel you have the right qualifications and experience, and you are passionate about providing quality patient care, we want to hear from you!
