
Associate Technical Support Analyst
West Virginia United Health System is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our team as an Associate Technical Support Analyst. In this role, you will provide technical support and client service to internal and external customers, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. If you are a detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for technology and providing top-notch customer service, we want to hear from you.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of technical support experience, experience troubleshooting Windows software and hardware issues, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly. The ability to work well independently and in a team setting will also be essential. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred but not required.
