Job Description

At West Virginia United Health System, we're looking for an experienced and dedicated Associate Help Desk Technician who can provide excellent customer service support to our internal and external customers. As part of our team, you will work directly with our customers to answer questions, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist with the resolution of technical problems. We are a fast-paced and dynamic organization and are looking for a self-starter who can take initiative and take ownership of their projects and tasks.To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of IT related concepts and possess excellent problem-solving skills. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be working closely with customers to ensure their satisfaction. Responsibilities for the Associate Help Desk Technician:
