Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role, Preferably In The Field Of Organizational Transformation Or Change Management.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field. Master's Degree Preferred.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Large-Scale Organizational Transformation Initiatives, Including Developing And Implementing Strategic Plans, Managing Change Resistance, And Driving Cultural Shifts.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices, Tools, And Methodologies Related To Organizational Transformation, Such As Lean Six Sigma, Agile, And Design Thinking. Relevant Certifications Are A Plus.
