1. Develop and implement financial planning strategies to support the company's overall goals and objectives.
2. Provide accurate and timely financial analysis and reporting to the corporate leadership team.
3. Collaborate with various departments and business units to gather financial data and insights for forecasting and budgeting purposes.
4. Conduct in-depth analyses of financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
5. Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
6. Monitor and track financial performance against established targets and budgets, identifying and addressing any discrepancies.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to inform financial planning decisions.
8. Develop and maintain financial models to support long-term strategic planning and decision-making.
9. Manage the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to develop accurate and realistic budgets.
10. Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts, providing guidance and support as needed.
11. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial planning and analysis processes.
12. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and policies.
13. Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.
14. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.
