Job Description

If you're a customer service professional who loves to solve problems and take initiative, we want you to join our team as a Driver Support Agent at Werner Enterprises. In this role, you'll provide proactive support to our drivers by responding to requests, resolving issues, and taking ownership of customer service. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide proactive customer service and support to Werner Enterprises drivers.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Resolve customer issues and take ownership of problem resolution.
  4. Maintain accurate customer records and document customer interactions.
  5. Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance customer service.
  6. Monitor customer feedback and suggest areas for improvement.
  7. Remain up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
  8. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  9. Provide friendly, helpful customer service at all times.
  10. Remain organized and self-motivated to meet customer service goals.
