Corporate and Securities Counsel

Responsibilities:

1. Draft and review corporate and securities documents to ensure legal compliance.
2. Advise on corporate and securities matters, including disclosure requirements, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and securities offerings.
3. Develop and maintain processes to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
4. Monitor and provide guidance on changes in federal and state laws related to corporate and securities law.
5. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
6. Develop and implement legal strategies to maximize operational efficiency and minimize legal risk.
7. Provide counsel and advice on legal matters related to corporate operations.
8. Prepare and review contracts and other legal documents.
9. Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations.
10. Research case law and legislative developments to stay abreast of changing legal and regulatory requirements.
