Job Description
  • Handle Tier 1 help desk escalations through tickets or phone
  • Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolution
  • Configure hardware as part of the on-boarding process
  • Support audio and video equipment for conferencing (Google Meet, Zoom, ETC)
  • Manage and monitor internal assets to ensure accurate inventory records

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience of working in a Windows/Mac environment

  • Understanding management of ticketing systems

  • Strong understanding of Client PC connectivity - ethernet
