  1. Provide exceptional care to animal patients by assisting veterinarians in routine check-ups, diagnostic procedures, and complex surgeries.
  2. Mentor and teach veterinary students by serving as a role model and providing hands-on training.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure the safety and well-being of animals and staff.
  4. Monitor and record vital signs, administer medications and treatments, and communicate any changes or concerns to the veterinary team.
  5. Handle and restrain animals in a safe and humane manner during procedures and examinations.
  6. Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies for procedures and surgeries.
  7. Educate pet owners on proper animal care and post-surgical instructions.
  8. Assist in emergency situations and provide support to the veterinary team during critical procedures.
  9. Collaborate with other veterinary technicians and staff to provide seamless and efficient care for patients.
  10. Keep accurate records of patient treatments, procedures, and medications.
  11. Continuously learn and stay updated on new techniques, procedures, and technologies in the veterinary field.
  12. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
  13. Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and follow all protocols and procedures accurately.
  14. Provide emotional support and comfort to animal patients and their owners.
  15. Foster a positive and compassionate work environment for all staff and students.

Job Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree In Veterinary Technology Or A Related Field.

  • Certification As A Veterinary Technician (Cvt) By The American Association Of Veterinary State Boards.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience Working As A Veterinary Technician In A Clinical Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Animal Care And Handling, Including Experience With Various Species.

  • Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Team Of Veterinarians, Students, And Other Staff Members.
