  1. Provide guidance and support to students in navigating their academic and personal endeavors.
  2. Assist students in accessing and utilizing university resources to enhance their college experience.
  3. Promote diversity and inclusivity by creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for all students.
  4. Work collaboratively with other team members to develop and implement programs and initiatives to support students.
  5. Serve as a point of contact for students and their families to address any concerns or issues they may have.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions and services provided.
  7. Stay informed about university policies, procedures, and resources to effectively advise students.
  8. Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop academic and personal success plans for students.
  9. Monitor and track student progress towards their academic and personal goals.
  10. Attend and participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  11. Assist with recruitment and retention efforts by promoting the university and its resources to prospective and current students.
  12. Serve as a liaison between students, faculty, and staff to facilitate communication and support.
  13. Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and resources to provide additional support for students.
  14. Provide support and guidance to students facing academic or personal challenges.
  15. Contribute to a positive and inclusive campus culture by actively promoting the university's values and mission.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Education, Counseling, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Student Services, Academic Advising, Or A Related Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of University Policies And Procedures Related To Student Services And Academic Advising.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Diverse Populations.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Responsibilities In A Fast-Paced Environment.
