  1. Conduct innovative research in the field of marketing to contribute to the academic knowledge base and advance the reputation of the Carson College of Business.
  2. Develop and teach undergraduate and graduate courses in marketing to prepare students for successful careers in the field.
  3. Mentor and advise students, providing guidance and support for their academic and career development.
  4. Collaborate with fellow faculty members to enhance the curriculum and continuously improve the quality of education provided to students.
  5. Participate in professional development activities, such as attending conferences and publishing in academic journals, to stay current with industry trends and contribute to the advancement of the field.
  6. Serve on department and university committees to contribute to the overall academic and administrative goals of the institution.
  7. Network and develop relationships with industry professionals and organizations to facilitate partnerships and opportunities for students.
  8. Act as a role model and leader for students, displaying a strong commitment to academic excellence and ethical standards.
  9. Contribute to the marketing and promotion of the Carson College of Business through various channels, such as social media, events, and publications.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve teaching methods and materials to ensure the delivery of high-quality and relevant education to students.

Job Qualifications

  • A Doctoral Degree In Marketing Or A Related Field: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Possess A Doctoral Degree In Marketing Or A Closely Related Field, Demonstrating A Strong Foundation In Marketing Theory And Research.

  • Proven Track Record Of Research Excellence: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Record Of Research Publications In Top-Tier Marketing Journals, As Well As A Demonstrated Ability To Secure External Research Grants.

  • Teaching Experience And Excellence: The Candidate Should Have Experience Teaching Undergraduate And Graduate Courses In Marketing, And A Commitment To Excellence In Teaching And Mentoring Students.

  • Professional Experience In Marketing: The Candidate Should Have A Significant Professional Experience In The Marketing Industry, Which Will Enhance Their Ability To Bring Real-World Insights Into The Classroom And Their Research.
