Job Description

Washington State University is looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to join our Residence Hall Operations team as a Coordinator. The successful candidate will have a passion for providing outstanding and efficient service to our residence hall students, faculty, staff and guests. The Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residence hall facilities, ensuring quality customer service and fostering an inclusive, welcoming environment.We are looking for a candidate who has a minimum of two years of experience working in a customer service, residence hall operations, or related field, and is knowledgeable of customer service standards, customer service policies and procedures, and residence hall operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and an ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all situations. This position requires a high degree of self-discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
