  1. Develop and coordinate various programs and events for students to enhance their overall educational experience.
  2. Maintain a thorough understanding of the university's mission and goals and ensure that all programs and events align with these principles.
  3. Collaborate with faculty, staff, and student organizations to identify and implement new programs that address the needs and interests of students.
  4. Create and manage program budgets, ensuring that all expenses are within allocated funds.
  5. Effectively communicate program details, deadlines, and requirements to students, faculty, and staff.
  6. Oversee program logistics, including scheduling, venue reservations, catering, and transportation.
  7. Monitor and evaluate program outcomes to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments.
  8. Serve as a point of contact for students, faculty, and staff regarding program-related inquiries and concerns.
  9. Maintain accurate records and data related to program activities and participation.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and sponsors to support program initiatives.
  11. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve program offerings.
  12. Train and supervise program volunteers and staff members as needed.
  13. Assist in the development and distribution of program marketing materials.
  14. Collaborate with other departments and organizations within the university to promote cross-functional initiatives and partnerships.
  15. Uphold and promote the university's values and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all program activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Education, Business Administration, Or Communications.

  • Prior Experience In Program Coordination Or Project Management, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.
