
Early Childhood Program Specialist
Washington State University is looking for an Early Childhood Program Specialist to join our team. We are seeking an individual with a passion for early childhood education who can help us create and implement engaging and meaningful programming for children and families. The ideal candidate will have experience providing direct service and instruction to young children, as well as a strong understanding of early childhood development and best practices in the field.The Early Childhood Program Specialist will be responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs for children, families, and educators. This includes providing direct instruction, supervising program staff, and developing and managing budgets and resources. As a member of our team, the Program Specialist will help us create a safe, supportive, and fun learning environment.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, as well as at least three years of experience in early childhood education. They will also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities.
