Job Description

Washington State University seeks a Director, Advancement Records and Data Strategy to provide leadership, vision, and direction to the development and implementation of a comprehensive records and data strategy for University Advancement. The ideal candidate will possess the knowledge, technical proficiency, and leadership skills to develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of Advancement data.Qualifications for this position include a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, with 10 years of experience in the field. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of current and emerging technologies, a proven track record of managing complex projects, and a strong understanding of data privacy and security. Additionally, the Director must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to build relationships and trust, and the capacity to work collaboratively with a wide variety of stakeholders.If you are a forward-thinking professional with a passion for technology and data security and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you.
