Computer Systems Administrator

Washington State University is looking for an experienced and organized Computer Systems Administrator to join our team. As the Computer Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and monitoring all of the university’s computer systems and networks. You will be the go-to person for any computer-related issues, and will need to be able to troubleshoot any problem quickly and efficiently.The ideal candidate for this role will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, and at least three years of experience working with computer systems and networks. You should have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, as well as a strong understanding of network security protocols. Additionally, excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, as you will be working directly with users and other IT personnel.
