- Monitor and track students' progress and provide regular updates to program coordinators and school partners.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for students from diverse backgrounds.
- Serve as a positive role model and advocate for higher education accessibility and equity.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of student interactions and program activities.
- Continuously evaluate and improve program services to best meet the needs of students.
- Collaborate with program staff and university resources to connect students with academic and personal support services.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills related to college access and student success.
- Adhere to program policies and procedures and represent the program and university in a professional and ethical manner.
Bachelor's Degree In Education, Counseling, Social Work, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience Working With Low-Income, First-Generation, Or Underrepresented Students In An Educational Setting
Knowledge Of College Admissions, Financial Aid, And Scholarship Processes
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Engage With Students, Families, And Community Partners
Experience Developing And Implementing Workshops, Events, And Resources To Support Students In Navigating The College Application And Enrollment Process.
