Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Associate Director of Counseling Services at Washington State University to lead our highly successful counseling services team. The Associate Director is responsible for the overall management of our counseling staff, programs, and services and will work collaboratively with other departments to ensure the highest quality of services for our students. The successful candidate must possess a strong commitment to student success and mental health and have a record of leadership and oversight of a large, complex organization. We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic, creative, and has strong interpersonal skills. This position requires an individual with experience in counseling, mental health, crisis intervention, and/or student development. The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree in counseling, psychology, or related field and experience in university-level counseling services.
