Job Description

Washington State University is seeking an experienced and professional Associate Director of Housing Operations and Conference Services to join our team. As an integral part of the University's Residential Life team, this position will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the Housing and Conferencing Services areas. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as an understanding of the importance of customer service and the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders. We are looking for someone who is committed to the highest standards of performance, is flexible and willing to embrace change, and is committed to fostering a welcoming and inclusive campus environment.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience• A minimum of five years of housing operations and conference services experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Demonstrated knowledge of housing, residential life, and conference services• A commitment to promoting an environment of collaboration and customer service• Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage staff • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.If you have a passion for making a positive impact on student’s lives and are committed to excellence in all you do, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
