- Actively engage with the university's online community by responding to comments and messages and fostering a positive and inclusive digital culture.
- Assist in crisis communication management by monitoring and responding to any negative or sensitive online content related to the university.
- Manage and track the digital content budget and make recommendations for cost-effective strategies.
- Represent the university at conferences and other events related to digital media and higher education.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the university's digital content strategy based on audience feedback, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Digital Content Creation And Management.
Proficient In Content Management Systems And Digital Analytics Tools.
Strong Understanding Of Seo And Social Media Best Practices.
