VP Enterprise Architecture

We’re looking for an experienced, forward-thinking Vice President of Enterprise Architecture to join WageWorks’ mission to create a world where people can achieve financial security and independence. As the leader of the Enterprise Architecture team, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing an integrated technical architecture strategy that enables our business to meet the ever-evolving needs of the enterprise.In this role, you must be able to think strategically while executing tactically. You must also have a deep understanding of technology and the ability to define and communicate a clear, long-term vision for how technology can be used to drive our business. You must possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and the capacity to effectively manage multiple projects and teams.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field and a minimum of 10 years of experience in a technology leadership role. Experience with enterprise software, cloud computing, and enterprise architecture is a must.
